My wife and I needed a new Air conditioning unit. A young man by the name of Dustin was sent out. He was a man on a mission, very organized and kept to the job at hand. He knew what needed done and finished it and impressed me. I had no idea of what all it took to set up a new unit, but thank God he was a true professional !!!This is the second time Ive had J D plumbing out to the house, I would highly recommend them for a company that does it right the first time. Thank you Dustin, your a great young man!

We have found our new plumber! My wife and I were very happy with the outcome of a recent, big bathroom project. It was our first experience with your company. Shawn/Sean spent several hours at our place. He replaced a leaking toilet, reworked the plumbing to our shower (which was not working) and replaced the drain. It was a very long, dirty job which he was determined to complete that day. The entire process from start to finish was handled expertly by your team. Thank you.

Highly referred to us by NIPSCO. Fit us in their busy schedule to do a pressure test on gas lines; ended up finding various gas leaks that we were unaware of. Technician worked very hard to repair it all. Professional, honest & kind. They call when on their way. They assess the situation and then give you a quote so you know what to expect. It was a big expense that caught us off guard but needed done. Quilty work!

Awesome people, they came and saw the scope of work that was required to fix my problem (a corroded drain pipe from the bath room in a 57 year old home), gave me a quote and repair date. They were on time and friendly and keep me informed of everything that they were doing.

As the project took unavoidable turns, JD always kept me informed. JD went above and beyond for work needed in my house. JD has been very responsive and patient with me as Ive had questions. J.D. Plumbing and Heating is the best in the business in our area! J.D. has diagnosed and solved complex plumbing issues in our downtown Goshen home, and I don’t trust anyone else to service our heating and cooling systems. All of their service technicians do quality work, clean up after themselves and give great recommendations and advice for next steps in service. Their phone/text services are top of the line as well.

Has been very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC air flow CFM Now that the service work has been completed JD Plumbing and Heating LLC went above our expectations. Not only did they complete what was agreed to. The Technician replaced equipment, and drain that he notice was not properly working at no extra cost for us! That is Excellence! I needed a tune up prior to listing home, they came out next day and found cracked heat exchanger. I approved quote for new furnace and they were able to install within 24 hours. Quick and fair pricing!

We have been living with low water pressure for years and have had other plumbers and a well company out to attempt to solve the problem. While we did have some minor improvements it wasn’t until we worked with JD Plumbing that our problem was finally resolved. He started by thoroughly listening to the problems we had and what attempts were made in the past to fix them. He then proceeded with a plan to fix the problems and when they were finished we now have restored water pressure. His work was professional and his price was fair.

I was having draining problems with my kitchen sink. I tried to handle it myself. I took all the pipes off & nothing. So I knew it had to be in the pipes down in the basement. And I was not messing with them. So I called JD Plumbing they got me in the same day I called. I had Brandon show up & he started working on the problem. Only took a little over an hour to fix. And I was pleased with Brandon's work & clean up. I would suggest JD Plumbing to anyone.
